USELESS accepts returns and exchanges. Of course we do our very best to ensure the products we sell are of the highest standard. We really do. We will refund you if any item supplied is faulty or we can exchange it for a new one. If you want to exchange an item for other reasons, such as because you want a different size or have changed your mind, that’s just fine with us, but we have to charge you shipping for sending the new item to you.

Please include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, a signed photograph of yourself, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Only joking about the photo, but if you want to include one feel free. Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. USELESS cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

All items returned must be clean and unused. I mean, who wants your smelly tee shirts? Not us.
